Request deletion of your iBooked account and personal data

If you have an account with iBooked, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to: team@ibooked.app

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Any additional verification details we may require

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted

Once your request is verified, we will:

  • Permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days
  • Delete any stored files, images, or messages associated with your account
  • Remove your booking history and profile information
  • Cancel any future appointments and notify relevant service providers

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes for a period of 12 months after deletion, such as:

  • Transaction records for financial compliance
  • Fraud prevention data for security purposes
  • Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
