If you have an account with iBooked, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to: team@ibooked.app
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Any additional verification details we may require
What Happens When Your Account is Deleted
Once your request is verified, we will:
- Permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days
- Delete any stored files, images, or messages associated with your account
- Remove your booking history and profile information
- Cancel any future appointments and notify relevant service providers
Data We May Retain
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes for a period of 12 months after deletion, such as:
- Transaction records for financial compliance
- Fraud prevention data for security purposes
- Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
